SERIES is chance music made with probability theory, application development, MIDI and sound design. SERIES is art, not an academic exercise. SERIES is compiled code that both creates and performs loops on demand, operated by a selector. In a live setting, the selector is focused on pacing/iteration, phrase regeneration and patching. During recording, the selector will layer and manipulate MIDI and audio output to log their explorations.
